Q: What is the current version of Skyfire?
A:The current version of Skyfire is 1.5 for Windows Mobile. For Symbian S60 3rd edition (Nokia N or E Series phones) the current version is 1.1. Version 1.5 for Symbian will include support for 5th edition devices and will be released soon. Information on the current builds and filenames can be found here.
Q: I have an older version of Skyfire, how do I upgrade to the latest release?
A: Skyfire has a upgrade feature built in. Once we have a newer release available and verified you will be notified when you start Skyfire, so simply wait.
Alternatively you can point your current Skyfire browser to http://staging-m.skyfire.com/. During the download process, verify that your phone was correctly detected and click "Download." This will provide you with the latest release every time.
Q: Do I need to uninstall the earlier version of Skyfire already on my phone before I can install the latest release?
A: No. Unless a version prior to 0.8.5 is installed on your phone, you can just follow the standard installation procedure. The installer will remove the prior version of Skyfire.

Q: Can I use an older version of Skyfire indefinitely?
A: No. Older Skyfire versions will be phased out with time. Upgrade to the latest version when prompted to as we always add new features and bug fixes, so it's worth your time to do so.
Q: How can I check which version of Skyfire is installed on my phone?
A: From within Skyfire on your phone, select "Menu", then "Help", then "About".
An information box will show the version of the Skyfire. If the version says 1.5.0.xxxx (Windows Mobile) or 1.1.0.xxxx (Symbian)
then you are running the current version of Skyfire.
Q: When will my requested feature be in Skyfire?
